I have no objection to my profile details being used by “Commutr” Application for availing of the transport facility.
I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Waiver ("Waiver") in relation to my usage of the transport services provided by [Company Name] ("Company") for commuting purposes. Acknowledgment of Risks I understand and acknowledge that the use of the Company's transport services involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the transport services. Voluntary Participation I certify that my participation in the Company's transport services is voluntary, and I am under no duress or coercion to use the services.
